Retail Accountant Kent/London 45,000 - 50,-month FTC My client, a leading luxury retail specialist, are looking for a Retail Accountant to join them for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will focus on several key projects within the team with a main focus on balance sheet reconciliations. Role and ResponsibilitiesAct as the subject matter expert in Retail and E-commerce accountingManage account reconciliations (e.g., trade debtors, VAT, deposits)Ensure accurate month-end closing per Group policyDrive improvements in Accounts Receivable management and cash/commission reconciliationsSupport the retail brand and its bespoke ERP systemEnsure audit compliance and assist in stock counts and training Essential Skills and ExperienceProven experience with balance sheet reconciliationsStrong communication skills with both finance and non-finance teamsAdvanced Excel and SAP skills; ERP system proficiencyAbility to handle audits and ensure complianceProactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Package 45,000 - 50,000 as a basic salaryCompetitive pension schemeLovely Kent offices with free parking, central London offices alsoMonday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
