Jark Cambridge have an exciting opportunity within our construction division for a Recruitment Consultant to join our well established busy team based at Babraham on the outskirts of Cambridge. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in either blue or white collar construction recruitment supplying temporary or permanent candidates to clients within East Anglia or the South East. We offer a competitive basic package and bespoke commission scheme and the opportunity to run your desk as if it is your own business without being restricted by high KPI targets. We will support you to grow your desk to it''s full potential. Hours of work are 8.30pm to 5pm Monday to thursday and 4pm on a Friday. We have plenty of free on site parking and are based a couple of minutes from the A11 offering good commuting access. We have been opearting within the loca construction market for over 20 years and have a large database of clients and candidates that we already work with.
