Job Description: You will lead a skilled team delivering fencing and landscaping projects across highways, public realm, and green spaces. You ll coordinate workloads, uphold safety and quality standards, and work closely with our Grounds Maintenance and Arboriculture teams to create safe, attractive environments. Responsibilities Lead and motivate operatives to deliver fencing and landscaping tasks to specification. Plan and allocate workloads, interpret drawings, and ensure quality standards are met. Install and maintain; Stock and deer fencing, Tree protection barriers (scaffold pole systems and Heras), Post and rail timber fencing, Close board timber fencing, Chain link fencing and Acoustic timber screening (specialist installation) Carry out associated landscaping tasks: turfing, planting, hedge cutting, and seasonal works. Operate and maintain plant and equipment (post driver, auger, breaker, compact excavator, ride-on mowers, strimmers). Liaise with clients and supervisors; resolve issue
