We are working with a growing technology business that is entering an exciting new phase of commercial growth following significant investment.They are now looking for an experienced Finance Director to take ownership of the finance function and help build the financial infrastructure needed to support the next stage of the business.This is a hands-on role with genuine influence, working closely with the Founder/MD, Board and investors.To be considered for the role, you ll require the following essentials: Proven experience working as a FD, Head of Finance or Financial ControllerComfortable operating as the senior finance leader in a growing businessExperience within technology, engineering, manufacturing, SMEs, start-ups/scale ups or investor backed environments/businesses would be advantageousCommercially minded with a hands-on approach Within this position, you ll also be: Leading and developing the finance functionBudgeting, forecasting and cash flow managementBoard and investor reportingManaging information and KPI reportingStrengthening financial controls and processesDeveloping finance systems and reportingSupporting commercial and strategic decision makingSupporting future investment and growthDeveloping the finance team as the business scales Salary and Working HoursSalary is £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependant on experience4 day working week with a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the Nottingham OfficeGenuine opportunity to shape a growing ..... full job details .....
