Client Details Our client are a well known Property and Infrastructure business looking to add a Senior Commercial Manager to a Midlands based Healthcare contract. Description Lead all commercial activities across a complex Healthcare PFI contract. Manage contract profitability, cost control and margin improvement initiatives. Oversee lifecycle programme commercial management and change control processes. Lead negotiation of contractual variations, compensation events and service amendments. Provide commercial governance and reporting to senior stakeholders. Manage and develop commercial teams, quantity surveyors and commercial analysts. Drive effective subcontractor procurement and commercial performance management. Ensure compliance with PFI contractual obligations and payment mechanisms. Support business planning, forecasting and budgeting activities. Identify commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
