The base of the office is Birmingham, you would need to be able to get there but you will not need to be in everyday and you will still be able to benefit from flexible working, like the rest of the team.You''ll be responsible for some training and development with external courses for you and the rest of the team too. You will oversee all recruitment so you can shape the team with the right people that you think will suit the team you have developed.
