What You''ll Do:Own the delivery and evolution of MBSE digital capabilities-toolchains, model repositories, digital threads, and lifecycle environments.Translate complex business and engineering needs into clear roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through models, simulations, and test evidence.Drive adoption of model-centric practices, making models the single source of truth across programs.Collaborate across engineering, digital, and supplier teams to define standards, governance, and integration strategies.Lead vendor engagement, technology evaluation, and innovation in simulation, digital twins, and model verification. What We''re Looking For:Proven MBSE delivery experience (SysML/UML, IBM DOORS NG, TeamCenter, simulation orchestration).Strong background in aerospace, defence, or regulated safety-critical industries.Strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
