Pertemps Isle of Wight are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced production environment on behalf of our client in Ryde.

If you have experience working with food, enjoy being on your feet, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

 
Duties will include: 

• Preparing and packing orders for wholesale customers across the Isle of Wight

• Sealing, labelling, and packing products accurately and efficiently

• Producing high volumes of sandwiches, toasties, rolls, hot dogs, and wraps to specification

• Following instructions from the team leader

• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines

• Maintaining consistent speed and quality of work

• Adhering to strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards

• Keeping the work area clean and organised at all times

• Be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods

• Thrive in a busy, hands-on environment

• Have good attention to detail

• Be reliable and punctual

• Have strong communication and teamwork skills

• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude

• Weekly or monthly pay
