You will manage security projects valued between £1m-£8m, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This hands-on role involves site management across Scotland and northern England, working within a regional team and reporting to the Project Manager.We are looking for Site Managers with a Civils / Rail background to work on projects throughout Scotland.Key Responsibilities: Oversee on-site project delivery, ensuring compliance with approved standards.Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors while reporting to the Project Manager.Supervise subcontractors to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.Keep accurate site records while ensuring security and confidentiality.Manage work permits and promote a strong health and safety culture.Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Implement and follow business management systems.
