This 12-month fixed-term role will oversee a multidisciplinary data team, managing the full fan data lifecycle — from third-party acquisition to activation across digital and physical environments. Must have a consumer/customer data background.You’ll lead the development of a centralised data platform (GCP), enhance the Customer Data Platform (Twilio Segment), and drive insight-led decision-making across the business. You''ll also play a key role in embedding predictive models like CLV and propensity scoring into core systems and processes.We’re seeking a hands-on data leader with strong experience in cloud architecture, data governance, BI tooling (Power BI, Omni), and stakeholder engagement at a senior level.What’s on offer
