This is a fast-paced and demanding role requiring exceptional organisational skills, proactive diary management and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Director''s day-to-day activities through comprehensive administrative and executive support. This role would suit an experienced PA who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage competing priorities effectively and is confident in supporting senior leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive Personal Assistant support to a Director-level leader.Manage a complex and demanding diary, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging logistics and preparing meeting documentation.Prepare, collate and print meeting packs and supporting papers.Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Screen, prioritise and manage correspondence and meeting requests.Support the planning and coordination of senior leadership ..... full job details .....
