This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional with strong rainscreen cladding and façade refurbishment experience to play a key role in securing and delivering high-profile projects across the UK.Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for producing accurate, competitive tender submissions and cost plans for façade refurbishment and rainscreen cladding schemes.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating and TenderingPrepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for façade refurbishment and rainscreen cladding projects.Analyse drawings, specifications and survey information to determine material quantities, labour requirements and project costs.Price a range of façade systems including ventilated cladding, overcladding, curtain walling and composite panel systems.Review tender documentation, identify risks and opportunities, and propose value engineering solutions where appropriate.Obtain and evaluate quotations from manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors.Produce detailed cost breakdowns and Bills of Quantities to support tender submissions.Surveys and Technical InputUndertake pre-tender and pre-contract ..... full job details .....
