In this role you will be based at a static site, working on behalf of one of the leading companies in the country. You will be involved in all aspects of facilities maintenance covering reactive breakdowns as well as PPM and servicing. You will work on a range of systems including Electrical, HVAC, water, mechanical and air handling systems. The role will be 40 hours per week with overtime available.

This would be the ideal role for a Multiskilled building Services Engineer to join a market leading company offering a great package.

The Role:

• Static site facilities maintenance
• Progression into supervisor
• BMS
• Working on Electrical/mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and air handling systems
• Days working hours

The Person:

• Electrical/Mechanical background on larger commercial sites .
• Qualification in Electrical Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing or similar
• BMS Experience
• Experience working on HVAC. Water and electrical systems
• Dirven and looking to progress into a supervisory role
