Absolute Taste is a leading caterer and event design company. We are the food people who believe in serving beautiful food to all their guests. It could be for 200,000 guests at a week-long championship, 50,000 fans in a stadium, 4,000 colleagues in a workplace, 250 VIPs at an F1 racetrack or a totally bespoke menu for a private party (or private jet).Mercedes-Benz World is located on the famous Brooklands site in Weybridge which provides an unforgettable day out for the whole family. Off the track, guests can enjoy a bite to eat at Café 1886 or EQ, offering a variety of food and drink.Alongside the track, cafes and exhibitions, the impressive building plays host to a number of conferences and special events throughout the year.

As a Chef de Partie you will:Put forward menu ideas to the Sous Chef/Head Chef ensuring that you follow and achieve the Absolute Taste quality and style withregard to our food and service delivery.Adhere to the weekly rotational menus as specified, ensuring that all items outlined on the menu is produced.Assist in supervising and coaching the team in areas throughout the day as appropriateEnsure that work is conducted in a clean and tidy way, monitoring on a continual basis. You will ensure that all legislative andGovernment guidelines are adhered to including the Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH and Fire Regulations.Work with the Sous Chef you will ensure that all food is produced within the cost parameters set by the budget, regularly monitoringstock control and wastage. This includes ensuring that month end stock takes are completed accurately and in a timely mannerHave experience working in a similar fast paced environment.Be passionate about delivering top quality food.
