The Contracts Manager position is for an established Oxford based main contractor who work on projects in the commercial, residential sectors & healthcare sector.

The role is for a Contracts Manager carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Programme management
• Managing site managers and trades
• Controlling project variations
• Health & safety
• Managing materials

Requirements for the Contracts Manager role are:

• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Experience in residential, healthcare or commercial sectors
• Autonomously running projects.
