Spectrum IT are working closely with a UK and Global engineering client to hire a motivated and customer centred Engineering Graduate. This is an onsite and role, joining our client in their busy Whiteley office. This is a fulltime, permanent role and office based Monday to Friday. This role is highly suited to a motivated Engineering Graduate who is keen to start their engineering career. Candidates for this role will be experienced at delivering high levels of customer service, this role centres around being a "Technical Support Analyst" and ultimately providing a comprehensive support service to global customers with engineering problems. You will take on technical support responsibilities for installed machines and upgrades whilst developing good customer relationships with new and existing customers. This role is pivotal in promoting a positive customer experience to help drive efficiencies and improve revenue sales.
