We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee a large-scale commercial construction project in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing electrical works on complex commercial sites, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all electrical works on-site from pre-construction through to handover Coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and client representatives Monitor progress and ensure project milestones are met Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Manage material procurement and deliveries in line with project timelines Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and HandS requirements Conduct regular inspections and quality checks Lead weekly site meetings and produce progress reports Electrical Manager Requirements: Proven experience as an Electrical Manager or similar role on commercial projects Gold ECS minimum ( black card preffered ) SMSTS or SSSTS 18th edition Strong understanding of BS7671 Wiring Regulations and IET standards Experience working on large commercial builds (e.g. offices, schools, hospitals, retail) Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Please send
