About the Role

Operating at Regional Manager level and above, you''ll be responsible for leading a portfolio of high-profile locations across key locations in London, ensuring each site meets ambitious commercial, operational, and service standards. You''ll work with diverse teams and senior stakeholders to develop strategies, maximise performance, and drive innovation across the region.

Key Responsibilities as a Regional Manager

• Lead and inspire multi-site teams to exceed KPIs and deliver excellent customer service
• Drive commercial results: manage P&L, budgets, and sales forecasting
• Build strong relationships with head office and field teams
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards
• Develop and implement local marketing and brand-building activities
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and team engagement

About our new Regional Manager

• You''ll be a strategic and hands-on leader, ideally with experience in a retail or healthcare setting-for example:

• Optical, Audiology, Pharmacy, Dental, Veterinary, or Healthy Living Retail
• Minimum 3-5 years in a multi-site leadership role, managing 10+ locations
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to influence and implement business strategy
• Inspirational leadership style with a track record of delivering results through people
• Comfortable working across a diverse geography with multiple stakeholder groups
