This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with customers and travelling to different sites across the UK and Europe. The Role Install, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot robotic equipment at customer sites. Build strong customer relationships, providing ongoing technical support. Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability. Diagnose mechanical, electrical and technical faults. Coordinate equipment deployments and ensure successful installations. Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability. Work closely with internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues. Provide hands-on technical support and training to customers.
