This is a full-time, long-term position starting after Feb Half Term until the end of the academic year, offering the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of children with special educational needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide personalised one to one support to a child with a mild additional needsAssist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).Work closely with the SENCO, teachers, and other support staff to ensure cohesive support strategies.Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all students.Monitor and record the progress of students, providing regular feedback to staff and parents.Utilize specialized strategies and interventions to support students'' learning and development.Requirements:Proven experience working with children with high needs in an SEN set
