Our client is growing SME construction company that due to impressive growth they are currently seeking Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Bromley Kent. They have a specialism in High End residential and the Wellness Sector. They are hugely client focused look to look to build strong client bonds seeing the projects from design through to completion.Responsibilities:Traveling to job sites (Multiple Projects)Making precise measurements to determine property boundaries.Creating maps of measured propertiesResearching land recordsMaintaining measuring equipmentCollaborating with engineers and architectsEnsuring compliance with all legal requirementsRequirements:Critical thinker;Strong work ethic with ability to work well in team settings;Minimum of a Bachelor''s Degree a related fieldExperience under a licensed Professional SurveyorExperience using surveying toolsStrong math skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsProficiency with CAD and GIS softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skillsStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently.This role will require 2 days min in the Bromley offices 2 Days on site and 1 day WFH.
