If so, this could be the opportunity you''ve been waiting for. We are working in partnership with our client to recruit a proactive and detail-focused HR Administrator to join their established team. In this role, you will provide a flexible, effective, and efficient HR administration service, supporting colleagues and managers across the business. Key Responsibilities:Process employee personal details, contract changes, leavers, and absence recordsMaintain accurate and up-to-date personnel filesManage and update the in-house HR systemSupport colleagues with sickness and absence managementProvide general administrative support to the HR function Candidate Requirements:Previous HR administration experience is essentialStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with a methodical approachReliable, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectivelyCompetent user of Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelAccess to your own transport is beneficial due to the client''s location Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week If this sounds like the right role for you, we''d love to hear from you.
