This is a strong opportunity for an experienced production or machine shop leader who understands CNC manufacturing and wants a genuine route into Production Management. You''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the shopfloor, making sure people, machines and priorities are aligned and that work continues to move through production as planned. The role sits below an experienced Production Manager and has been created with succession in mind.
