Customer Service Advisor Temporary Role Immediate Start I am working with a client who is seeking a candidate who is immediately available to join them as a Customer Service Advisor, based in Leeds. About the RoleHandle high volumes of calls, liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors.Schedule appointments to meet Service Level Agreements.Communicate with residents via phone and email.Schedule operatives and subcontractors, manage complex repairs, and ensure customer confidence.About You:Background in Social Housing and Repair and Maintenance.Experience in scheduling/planning Disrepairs, Voids, or complex work.Strong communication skills with operatives, subcontractors, and residents.Basic building maintenance knowledge.Ability to prioritise and manage works-in-progress.Excellent written English, computer, and project management skills.Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction.What you need to do now If you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
