This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor who wants to take ownership of deals, build strong client relationships, and grow into a key role within the firm. About the role: As part of the Commercial Department, you will handle a broad range of commercial property transactions, including: Leases, landlord and tenant matters Sales and purchases Refinancing If you have the relevant experience, you will also deal with corporate transactions, including: Business sales and purchases Company re-structuring Shareholder and Partnership agreements This role offers significant client exposure, direct involvement in transactions, and the chance to work within a supportive team that values career progression and mentoring.
