Your New RoleAs Technical Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for driving technical sales of a specialist water product portfolio across your designated region. Working closely with the Technical Sales Director and wider commercial teams, you will play a key role in developing specifications, generating demand and building relationships with key influencers across the construction and water industries.This strategic and customer-facing role will see you engage with architects, consultants, contractors, developers and water authorities to increase product specification, improve sales conversion and drive profitable growth.Key responsibilities will include:Delivering sales targets and budgets across a portfolio of specialist water management products.Developing and implementing specification and demand creation plans.Building relationships with consulting engineers, architects, contractors and key decision-makers.Delivering CPD presentations and technical training sessions to industry stakeholders.Supporting project specification and conversion activities from initial concept through to completion.Identifying and securing new routes to market and business development opportunities.Managing and developing key national and regional merchant and distribution accounts.Working closely with sales teams to improve project tracking, pipeline visibility and CRM utilisation.Monitoring market trends, legislation and industry developments to identify growth ..... full job details .....
