Leading-independent-events-business-seeks-a-polished-Customer-Service-&- Event-Operations-Executive.

This-role-would-suit-someone-with-experience-in-customer-service,-administration-or-a- similar-support-role-who-is-looking-to-develop-their-career-within-the-events-industry.

You-will-support-customers-and-delegates-throughout-their-event-journey,-manage-event-administration-and-help-deliver-a-seamless-onsite-experience,-working-closely-with- Sales,-Marketing,-Production-and-Finance.

This-is-a-varied,-fast-paced-role-for-someone-who-is-organised,-proactive-and-detail-focused,-with-strong-communication-skills-and-a-genuine-commitment-to-customer- service.

You-will-be-comfortable-taking-ownership,-solving-problems-and-managing-multiple- priorities,-whilst-being-keen-to-learn-and-develop-within-the-role.

We-are-looking-for-someone-who-can-demonstrate:

• Excellent-attention-to-detail,-with-confidence-managing-high-volumes-of- customer-and-event-data-accurately.
• Strong-organisational-and-prioritisation-skills,-with-the-ability-to-manage- competing-deadlines-effectively.
• A-proactive,-solutions focused-approach-with-the-confidence-to-take-ownership-and-work- independently.
• Clear,-professional-written-and-verbal-communication-skills-and-a-strong- customer-service-focus.
• Confidence-learning-and-using-CRM,-registration-and-event-technology- systems.
• Good-working-knowledge-of-Microsoft-Office,-particularly-Excel,-Outlook- and-Word.
• Previous-experience-in-customer-service,-administration-or-a-similar- support-role;-events-experience-is-beneficial-but-not-essential.
• A-collaborative-approach-and-flexibility-to-support-live-events,-including- occasional-travel-and-onsite-working.
