A vibrant and welcoming primary school in Worcester is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team as soon as possible. The school has fantastic facilities with lots of outdoor space with a range of sensory activities. In this role, you will work closely with classroom teachers to support a pupil with additional learning needs in their Early Years. You will assist pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them access the curriculum, build confidence, and thrive in their educational environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs across EYFSAssist in adapting classroom resources and activities to suit individual learning plans (IEPs).Help foster an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment.Support pupils with emotional regulation, social communication, and wellbeing.Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to monitor progress.What We Are Looking ForExperience: Prior experience supporting children with SEN in an educational or care setting is ideal, but not essential.
