About the Role

We''re looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen in a vibrant, fast-paced caf- environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader as a Head Chef who thrives on delivering great food, inspiring a team, and running a commercially successful kitchen.

You''ll play a key role in shaping our client''s food offering, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently while hitting key financial targets.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing kitchen team
• Taking full ownership of kitchen operations, from prep to service
• Creating and evolving menus that excite our customers and suit a leisure environment
• Managing kitchen budgets, including food costs, labour, and waste control
• Driving consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
• Planning staff rotas in line with business needs
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and managing stock effectively
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Working closely with front-of-house to deliver a great all-round customer experience

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume caf- or casual dining environment
• A strong leader who can inspire, coach, and develop a team
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and kitchen KPIs
• Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a busy leisure setting
• Passion for food, quality, and customer experience
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
