MMP Consultancy is seeking a Contracts Manager for an interim opportunity based in Nottingham on behalf of a Housing Association. The rate of pay is 30.61ph umbrella over a 37.5 hour week and a 3-month contract subject to possible extension. This is an excellent opportunity for an established operational leader with a strong background in repairs, maintenance and planned works delivery, looking to manage high-performing teams and drive service excellence across a social housing environment.Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you''ll be responsible for the operational and commercial performance of repairs, maintenance, adaptations and minor capital works programmes.
