Business Development Executive Salary: £28,000-£34,000 + uncapped OTE (£12k year one) Location: Manchester, Hybrid - office-based Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Sector: B2B Technology and Digital Skills Training About the Company This organisation is a leading provider of technology, digital, and professional skills training, working with businesses across the UK to upskill their workforce. They partner closely with professional services firms, helping them stay competitive through high-quality, commercially focused learning solutions. With a strong market presence and an established customer base, they offer a supportive, high-performance sales environment with realistic targets and strong progression opportunities. The Role As a Business Development Executive, you''ll manage a ready-made desk combining existing accounts and new business opportunities. You''ll sell technology and commercial training solutions to B2B clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. This is a 60/40 split between existing accounts and new business (flexing to 70/30 depending on pipeline), with a healthy mix of warm and cold prospects.
