Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Audit and Compliance Manager. Manage document control and oversee the Audit and Compliance portal. Book and take minutes in meetings. Reconcile team credit card statements. Assist in the scheduling of internal and external audits. Work closely with IT to manage the new starter process and equipment. Previous Skills and Experience: Excellent attention to detail and time management. Ability to learn new software quickly and work accurately under pressure. Previous administration experience. Strong organisational skills.
