Accounts Assistant

Our client based in Birmingham are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator, the role involves:
- - Purchase Ledger
- - Matching of Invoices to GRN and Purchase Orders
- - Account reconciliations
- - Paying suppliers and liaising with them
- - Sales Ledger
- - Account reconciliations
- - Chasing overdues
- - Raising invoices
- - Nominal Ledger
- - Posting of Journals
- - Reconciliations
- - Payroll
- - Calculating up to Gross
- - Attachment of earnings
- - Sage
- - VAT
- - Returns & Reconciliations
- - Bank
- - CID facility
- - Reconciliations
- - Accurately recording transactions
- - Cash Forecast
Candidates need to have worked and have experience within a previous role, however you do not need to have worked within the same industry previously.
The working hours are Monday-Friday, 8.30am- 4.30pm.
