HVAC / Mechanical Engineer - London (Near Bank Station) We are currently seeking a dedicated HVAC/Mechanical Engineer to join our team at a prestigious law firm based at one of our high-profile London sites, conveniently located near Bank Station. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of 45,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday days only, providing an excellent work-life balance. Duties: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services equipment. Fault finding and repairs on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, and boilers. Conducting routine inspections to ensure plant operates safely and efficiently. Completing maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. Supporting site operations and liaising with contractors and building occupants when required.
