Residential Children s Home Team LeaderLocation: LancasterContract: Permanent, Full Time 40 hours per weekSalary: £27,803.20 basic, with potential to earn up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in payments (£70 per sleep-in, average 6 8 per month)We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join a small, family-feel residential children s home supporting up to four young people aged 8 18 with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.You will play a key role in leading the team, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where young people can thrive.
