Air Conditioning Engineer

to join an established FM company, working across a portfolio of commercial sites within the M25. This is a mobile role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing and breakdowns on a variety of AC systems.What’s on Offer:

The Role:

Carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, servicing and breakdowns across a commercial property portfolio

Working on split systems, VRVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs and other air conditioning plant

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard in line with health and safety regulations

Providing excellent customer service while on client sites

Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota (if required)

What We’re Looking For:

FGAS Category 1 qualified

Previous experience as an AC Engineer within a commercial FM environment

Strong fault-finding and repair skills

Full UK driving licence

Good communication and customer service skills
