You''ll be the driving force behind multiple order books, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple internal and external order books.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our Spares Programme.Oversee daily account operations and be accountable for order book delivery.Act as the voice of the distributor within GE, ensuring customer satisfaction.Monitor order book health, including forecasting, risk, and opportunity management.Resolve financial disputes and manage delayed payments.Handle RMA returns, implement corrective actions, and ensure execution.Organise and support distributor and customer visits.Manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) spares requests.Contribute to sales and marketing strategy planning.Support the Aftermarket Leader in project execution.What We''re Looking ForStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven
