Our client, a leading Financial Services institution is seeking a Compliance Officer on a full-time, contract basis. This role is offered on an initial 6-month contract basis. This is an exciting time to join a thriving organization who are seeking a Compliance professional with strong Quality Assurance and regulatory policy expertise to join the Risk and Compliance function in the firm. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality monitoring reviews, interpreting regulatory frameworks and overseeing general compliance. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, interpret and communicate regulatory developments, publications and communications Conduct details QA assessments to ensure all internal policies are adhered to, whilst meeting all regulatory expectations Review all regulatory publications / communications Perform administrative duties within the Compliance function of the firm Contribute to dayto-day governance activities and project work Assist in ensuring all internal policies and governance is maintained and adhered to Key Experience: Strong experience in compliance monitoring, quality assurance or advisory, ideally within a regulated environment Strong understanding of PRA / FCA regulations and compliance risk Ability to work both independently and as part of the wider team Excellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels Previous experience in banking or financial institution is a must This is an excel
