Job Responsibilities/Objectives

4.Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation

Required Skills/Experience
1.Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
2.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
3.Excellent problem-solving ability
4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills/Experience
