Day-to-day of the role: Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, both in classroom settings and on a one-to-one basis. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to the student''s education and well-being. Facilitate the inclusion of SEN students in all school activities, adapting resources and strategies to meet their needs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably with SEN students.
