The Role As a Senior Town Planner, you will take a leading role in managing a varied portfolio of planning projects from initial feasibility through to submission and determination. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals Undertaking site appraisals and planning policy assessments Drafting planning statements and supporting documentation Managing project timelines and coordinating consultants Liaising with Local Planning Authorities and key stakeholders Supporting junior members of the team where required Building and maintaining strong client relationships Candidate Requirements MRTPI qualified (or working towards Chartership) Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline Demonstrable experience within either the private or public sector Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and development management Excellent written and verbal c
