Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards.Lead internal and external audits, Management Reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Conduct supplier audits, manage certifications, and lead resolution of non-conformances.Oversee part approvals (PPAP), inspections, and calibration of testing equipment.Handle customer quality feedback and manage warranty claims across multiple regions.Define and monitor quality objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
