The RoleAs a key member of the school operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, well-maintained, and fully compliant with Health and Safety standards. You will also provide effective line management and work closely with senior leaders, contractors, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of school premises and site operations Line management and supervision of premises staff Ensuring full Health and Safety compliance, including risk assessments and statutory checks Managing and liaising with contractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard Overseeing site security, opening/closing procedures, and emergency response Maintaining accurate records using IT systems, including Outlook and other digital platforms Supporting the school''s commitment to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous and relevant
