Job Title: QHSE Manager Location: Dudley Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience Our client is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead and manage Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the business. This is very much a hands on role within a fast-paced operational environment. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, maintaining management systems, driving continuous improvement, and promoting a strong culture of safety and quality. Day to day duties and responsibilities: . Lead and manage all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across the operation. . Ensure compliance with all relevant HandS, environmental, and quality legislation and standards. . Maintain, develop, and improve QHSE management systems, policies, and procedures. . Act as the primary point of contact for audits, inspections, and external regulatory bodies. . Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring actions are completed and tracked. . Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, producing reports and implementing corrective and preventive actions. . Deliver QHSE training and toolbox talks to promote awareness and compliance across the workforce. . Monitor performance against QHSE KPIs, producing reports and recommendations for senior management. .
