Ready to make a difference£ Supply Desk are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful team and support children with special educational needs at a school in Marlow.
What Youandrsquo;ll Do:
- Assist students on a 1:1 and small group basis.
- Help implement personalised learning plans.
- Encourage independence, self-esteem, and social development.
- Work closely with teachers to support learning and wellbeing.
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- A caring and patient approach with a passion for supporting children.
- Previous SEN experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm is key!
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A relevant qualification in education or SEN support is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude to the needs of the students you support.
