Parts Sales Manager required for Automotive Trade Parts Business located in Carlisle.

The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £38000.

Specification:

- Experience working in a sales environment on behalf of vehicle manufacturers or a similar automotive parts retailer business would be highly desirable.
- you will need to hold strong sales team management experience in a B2B capacity with the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of Parts/ Telesales Executives.
- You will have the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
- Motivating and developing the Parts Sales Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities:

- managing and motivating the office-based Parts/ Telesales Executive team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- You will also support the Centre Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns
- Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Sales Department through coaching and development.
