Own the card product that connects 30 million users to the future of finance. MoonPay processes billions in transactions annually, and we are expanding with Cards to reshape how our user base accesses crypto wealth in everyday situations. As Senior Product Manager for Cards, you will own a greenfield opportunity at scale, solving the "last mile" problem that has held crypto back from mainstream adoption. With 800+ crypto partners and major global brands already integrated, you will have distribution advantages that many fintech startups only dream of.What you will do

Define and drive the product roadmap for MoonPay''s consumer card products, aligning with company-wide consumer strategy and user acquisition goalsLead end-to-end product launches for consumer card offerings, from market research and user discovery through go-to-market execution and post-launch optimizationDevelop strong working relationships with engineering, marketing, design, and customer experience teams to deliver compelling consumer card experiencesAnalyze consumer product performance using data-driven insights and iterate on features to improve user adoption, engagement, and retentionCollaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure consumer card products meet regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional user experienceOwn the full consumer product lifecycle from ideation to scale, including onboarding flows and lifecycle managementPrioritize features and backlog based on user needs, research, competitive analysis, and business goalsStay ahead of trends in digital payments, crypto adoption, and fintech to maintain a competitive edgeWhat you will be working onConsumer card product strategy and roadmap delivering crypto-to-fiat experiences for mainstream usersEnd-to-end launches including market research, user discovery, go-to-market, and post-launch optimizationCross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and customer experience teamsConsumer product discovery and user research to define use cases and requirements for card featuresData-driven optimization to improve adoption, engagement, retention, and lifetime valueOnboarding and lifecycle management ensuring seamless card application to daily usagePartnerships and experiences designed for card customersAbout You

This position requires a deep understanding of traditional card payment infrastructure, consumer product development, and the technical architecture that supports large-scale payment operations. You’ll balance regulatory requirements with user experience objectives, focusing on adoption, engagement, and retention.7+ years in consumer product management, engineering, and payment ops, with at least 3 years building consumer card payment products or fintech applicationsProven delivery of consumer payment products with measurable adoption or successful market launchesStrong technical communication with familiarity with consumer payment flows, onboarding optimization, PCI DSS compliance, and real-time processingExperience launching consumer financial products and navigating acquisition, activation, and retention strategiesKnowledge of consumer card products, digital wallets, and regulations across multiple jurisdictionsData-driven approach with expertise in analytics, A/B testing, and user behavior analysisExcellent stakeholder management and ability to translate trade-offs into consumer valueA collaborative attitude and team playerValues
