Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local provider of affordable housing in Wiltshire, to appoint an experienced Gas Compliance Programme Manager to lead the delivery and improvement of its gas safety compliance programme across its housing stock. This is a key role within Property Services, responsible for ensuring that all domestic gas servicing, safety inspections, remedial works and associated compliance activity are delivered safely, effectively and within statutory timescales. The successful candidate will provide strong programme leadership, working closely with internal teams, contractors and senior stakeholders to ensure the organisation maintains full compliance and robust audit trails. Key Responsibilities Lead the organisation''s gas safety compliance programme across its housing stock. Ensure all annual gas safety servicing and inspections are completed within statutory timescales. Oversee the delivery and monitoring of gas servicing, repairs, remedial works and follow-on actions. Develop and maintain effective programme plans, KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting. Monitor contractor performance against contractual, operational and compliance requirements. Work closely with Gas Compliance Managers, Property Services, Repairs, Housing Management and external contractors.
