Ceto Talent is recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a growing infrastructure consultancy delivering complex rail and transportation projects across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, working closely with clients, designers, contractors and stakeholders to deliver schemes safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects throughout the entire lifecycle, managing programme, cost, quality and risk while ensuring successful delivery for clients and stakeholders. You’ll work alongside experienced engineering and project delivery professionals on a range of rail and infrastructure schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of rail and infrastructure projects.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external delivery partners.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Manage project governance, change control and commercial reporting.
• Support tender activities, resource planning and business growth initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members.

About You

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

 Experience delivering multidisciplinary rail or infrastructure projects
 Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
 Knowledge of civils, structures and rail infrastructure projects
 Experience working within NEC contract environments
 Strong leadership and communication skills
 A proactive approach to project delivery and problem solving
