This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for leadership, process optimization, and high-quality production standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production employees to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. Oversee the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of plastic extrusion machinery. Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times. Maintain accurate records of production data, downtime, and maintenance activities. Coordinate with other departments (quality control, maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, safety updates, and key objectives. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members. Address any operational issues promptly and work towards effective resolutions.
